PropertyShark looked at specific neighborhoods in Manhattan and measured the difference between the median listed price of properties currently on the market and the median sale price of recently sold properties. For this comparison, there were examined properties that sold from March 2009 to May 2009 and compared to properties in the same neighborhood that are currently listed for sale.
