The latest PropertyShark.com real estate networking party hit Manhattan last night at Le Poisson Rouge in the Village. Over 700 real estate professionals and investors attended to make connections, build referrals and help each other out with upcoming deals.

Hosts of the TV show Metro Residential,  Jeff Appel and Cathy Hobbs, were in attendance. (Here pictured with PropertyShark.com CEO Bill Staniford). The show airs Sundays at 9am on KPIX channel 11 in New York City.
