In conjunction with Corcoran, PropertyShark.com just released the Q4 2009 Corcoran Report, covering apartment sales (condo & coops) in Manhattan from the last quarter of 2009.

For a visual perspective, we have put together an interactive map showing all sales that took place in the fourth quarter of 2009. The size of the circle indicates the number of sales in the building and the color shows price per square foot.

On the map, zoom in all the way, and click on a building. A mini-report will pop up, displaying details on sold units in the building.
