Building Description

The Metropolitan Tower began construction in 1984 and was completed in 1987. It is 68 stories tall and is a residential and commercial condo building. The building was designed by Schuman, Lichtenstein, Claman & Efron and has a 48 story triangular tower on top of a rectangle base that is 20 stories tall. The amenities for the tenants include an indoor swimming pool, a 24h state of the art fitness center, a rooftop deck, and wireless internet in all common areas.
