Baldwin County provides taxpayers with several types of exemptions which may lower the property's tax bill. These are deducted from the assessed value to give the property's taxable value.
This property benefits of exemption; unfortunately, at the time being, we do not have information regarding the exemption values.
Property tax is calculated by multiplying the taxable value with the corresponding millage rates (i.e the actual rate multiplied by 1000) and is an estimate of what an owner not benefiting from tax exemptions would pay.
Nevertheless, actual taxes might differ from the figures displayed here due to various abatement and financial assistance programs.
