Another mortgage for the 1,120-square-foot home was secured through Option One Mortgage Corporation in August 2004 for the amount of $77,389.

Several lis pendens have been filed by Wells Fargo Bank NA since May of 2010 for the amount of $167,200. The most recent two, dated January 2018, were filed by Wilmington Savings Fund FSB for the same amount and are set to remain active until January 2021, thus leading to the foreclosure. The foreclosure judgement was handed down October 15, 2018 for $285,464. Although the property was previously scheduled for auction on October 15, 2018, it was rescheduled for December 14, 2018.

Looking at the median sale price of five similarly sized homes that recently sold in the area, a Comps search puts the estimated value of 80-20 Park Lane South at $521,920. The closest building with similar characteristics, 86-38 76th Street, sold for $566,000, while the also nearby 91-27 85th Street traded hands for $410,000.

Built in 1935, 80-20 Park Lane South features a full basement and a garage, and is part of School District 27. The closest zoned public schools are P.S. 97 and I.S. 210, with additional public and private options close by including Queens Explorers Elementary School, St. Thomas The Apostle Catholic Academy, I.S. 167 and Success Academy Charter School.  The two-story home is also just steps from Forest Park and the Forest Park Golf Course.
