It sold the most units, 48, and at the largest median sale price, $2,823,098. First built in 1906, as a warehouse, the 11-story building was <a href=\"http:\/\/ny.curbed.com\/archives\/2011\/07\/12\/tribeca_warehouse_conversion_250_west_street_finally_hits_market.php\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">converted into apartments<\/a>, and now features over 100 luxury units.<\/p>\n<p>#2. <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.propertyshark.com\/mason\/Property\/95381241\/40-28-College-Point-Blvd-Queens-NY-11354\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Sky View Parc<\/a><\/strong><br \/>\nFlushing\u2019s Sky View Parc was ranked 8th last year. It now occupies second place, having sold 43 units in the first quarter of 2013, with a median sale price of $660,000. The 24-story Battery Park City building needed just <a href=\"http:\/\/www.crainsnewyork.com\/article\/20130130\/REAL_ESTATE\/130129885\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">seven months to sell half of its 200 condominiums<\/a>.
