According to our foreclosure records the defendants of the scheduled properties are Carrie Coakley and Donald Macpherson.<\/p>\n<p>According to the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nydailynews.com\/money\/2009\/03\/26\/2009-03-26_soho_sm_club_owners_donald_macpherson_an-1.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">NY Daily News<\/a>, the owners of a renowned club in Soho, Carrie Coakley and Donald Macpherson, are allegedly tied to a $50,000,000 fraudulent mortgage scam. Carrie Coakley bought 98 Bridies Path in 2005 for $2,300,000 according to our records, but may have used fraudulent mortgage practices reports the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nationalmortgagenews.com\/fraud\/stories\/?id=455\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">National Mortgage News<\/a>. Our records also show the mortgage value for Donald Macpherson&#8217;s 191 Shinnecock Hills Road to be $975,000.<\/p>\n<p>The alleged mortgage fraud spree involved several dozen East End homes reports the <a href=\"http:\/\/sagharboronline.com\/sagharborexpress\/page-1\/guldi-among-five-arrested-for-multi-million-dollar-mortgage-fraud-2571\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Sag Harbor Express<\/a>.
