This might not be too surprising taking into account that\u00a0the San Francisco area\u2019s current median price for a single-family home stands at over $1 million.<\/p>\n

Without further ado, here are the figures:<\/p>\n

<\/span>#10. 285 San Anselmo Ave<\/a><\/span><\/h4>\n

Sale price: $6,285,000<\/strong><\/p>\n

This 6,807-square-foot home in the Saint Francis Wood neighborhood was acquired for $6,285,000. The five-bedroom, five-bath home is located on a .48-acre lot.<\/p>\n

<\/span>#9. 200 Laurel St<\/a><\/span><\/h4>\n

Sale price: $6,700,000<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

This 12-room home also located in Presidio Heights traded hands for a sum of $6.7 million. The new owners acquired the 5,595-square-foot single-family residence right before the end of the quarter.<\/p>\n

<\/span>#8. 3867 Jackson Street<\/a><\/span><\/h4>\n

Sale price: $6,850,000<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

This six-bedroom, five-bath house built in 1936 totals 3,940 square feet on a .1-acre site in the affluent Presidio Heights neighborhood.<\/p>\n

<\/span>#7. 3455 Washington St<\/a><\/span><\/h4>\n

Sale price: $7,300,000<\/strong><\/p>\n

Located in Presidio Heights, this single-family home was recently acquired for $7.3 million. The 3,358-square-foot residence was built in the 60s and offers five bedrooms and four bathrooms.<\/p>\n

This Cow Hollow property traded hands for $7.5 million during the first week of 2015. It’s\u00a0zoned for a two-family property but currently only features one four-bedroom, three-bath home.<\/p>\n

Also located in the Cow Hollow neighborhood, the 6,024-square-foot home traded hands for $9,750,000 The three-bedroom, three-bath home was built in 2006 and features a more modern style than the average homes in the area.<\/p>\n

In a close third is the property located at 2550 Green St. in the Cow Hollow neighborhood of San Francisco. The four-bedroom, five-bathroom home totals 4,660 square feet and is located on a .14-acre site. The 1937-built home was acquired for $10,725,000.<\/p>\n

Sale price: $10,995,000<\/strong><\/p>\n

Acquired for $10,995,000 in February, this Pacific Heights home is the second most expensive single family sale recorded during the past quarter. Our data shows that the century-old property totals 4,738 square feet and a total of 14 rooms.<\/p>\n

Sale price: $23,889,000<\/strong><\/p>\n

Located in Pacific Heights, this three-lot property was the most expensive residential sale recorded during the first quarter of 2015. The home is located on 0.61 acres of land and was traded this March. The Queen Anne-style home offers its new owners seven bedrooms and seven bathrooms, while the 2716 Pacific Ave. lot is zoned for one additional single-family home on the premises.<\/p>\n
