At this value, it ranked as the 15th most expensive neighborhood in NYC; Dumbo in Brooklyn was the only neighborhood outside Manhattan that ranked higher:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.propertyshark.com\/Real-Estate-Reports\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/98\/2016\/01\/Top-10-Queens1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-18363 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/www.propertyshark.com\/Real-Estate-Reports\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/98\/2016\/01\/Top-10-Queens1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"682\" height=\"234\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.propertyshark.com\/Real-Estate-Reports\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/98\/2016\/01\/Top-10-Queens1.jpg 682w, https:\/\/www.propertyshark.com\/Real-Estate-Reports\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/98\/2016\/01\/Top-10-Queens1.jpg?resize=300,103 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 682px) 100vw, 682px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>At the other end of the spectrum, a good number of Queens neighborhoods were well below the borough&#8217;s median.<strong> Here are the ones with the lowest median sale prices in 2015: Holliswood ($137,000), Jamaica Hills ($141,065) or Lindenwood ($155,000)<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As far as Y-o-Y variations in median sale prices go, <strong>Rockaway Park saw the biggest increase in median sale price<\/strong>, 64%, from $252,500 in 2014 to $415,000 in 2015. Whitestone, on the other hand, recorded the biggest Y-o-Y decrease, from $480,825 in 2014 to $328,500 in 2015 (-32%).<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Most_expensive_properties\"><\/span><strong>Most expensive properties<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>The title of most expensive home sold in Queens in 2015 goes to the single-family property at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.propertyshark.com\/mason\/Property\/459082\/6-Boulevard-Queens-NY-11357\/\">6 Boulevard<\/a> in Malba which closed for $3,700,000, while the most expensive condo sale was recorded in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.propertyshark.com\/mason\/Property\/68491169\/46-30-Center-Blvd-Queens-NY-11109\/\">The View at EastCoast<\/a> building in Hunters Point. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.propertyshark.com\/mason\/Property\/52527182\/46-30-Center-Boulevard-Queens-NY-11109\/\">Unit 1001<\/a> sold for $2,200,000 in September 2015.<\/p>\n<h4><span
