This building may have been home to more elite executives and entrepreneurs than any other. It is connected to the fortunes of the Rockefeller family, Standard Oil, Chase Manhattan Bank, Charles Schwab, Fox, and Robert Murdoch and Elizabeth Arden.<\/p>\n NY Curbed reports that another unit in this limestone Fifth Avenue building<\/a> sold to the head of The Blackstone Group, Tomlinson Hill, for $30M at the end of 2015.
