The only way to sell a property at its highest selling potential is to price it accurately and get buyers in the door to see the space. In other words, if you have a solid product that is correctly priced, it will move. Using this formula, I have closed on over\u00a0$70M in the last 12 months with another\u00a0$15M that just went into contract.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Q_What_plans_do_you_have_for_2016\"><\/span>Q: \u00a0What plans do you have for 2016?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">I recently joined Corcoran,\u00a0which as a market leader offers a wonderful opportunity to provide my clients a heightened level of service and strategic support. In conjunction with the\u00a0array of innovative resources and tools\u00a0I now have I plan to continue expanding my business.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Q_Do_you_have_a_current_listing_that_youre_particularly_excited_about\"><\/span>Q: \u00a0Do you have a current listing that you\u2019re particularly excited about?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">I am absolutely thrilled about bringing\u00a0Tribeca for the last seven years and I can truly say this\u00a0is\u00a0the best of both worlds:\u00a0townhouse living on 3-levels with white-glove condominium amenities, offering over 2700 square feet of living space, airy 15-foot ceilings, gorgeous Carrera marble bathrooms, a\u00a0gourmet\u00a0kitchen outfitted in top-of-the-line appliances and custom cabinetry\u2014there are too many luxurious details to name!<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Q_What_does_your_job_as_a_building_specialist_entail\"><\/span>Q: What does your job as a building specialist entail?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">I am a general broker who works everywhere in the city but I also\u00a0had\u00a0the privilege of specializing in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.propertyshark.com\/mason\/Property\/1406308\/502-Park-Ave-New-York-NY-10022\/\" target=\"_blank\">Trump Park Avenue<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.propertyshark.com\/mason\/Property\/20919\/721-725-5-Ave-New-York-NY-10022\/\" target=\"_blank\">Trump Tower<\/a>. As a building specialist, I\u00a0worked\u00a0closely with the properties, unit owners and staff. This not only allowed\u00a0me a more intimate understanding of the space, but it also helped\u00a0me raise the value of the units in these buildings continuously. The beginning can be overwhelming in a myriad of ways and it is important to have the support you need from a manager who sees your personal strengths and weaknesses.\u00a0It is also important to know that this business is all about your contacts. I would advise beginners to figure out the best way to reach out and develop these contacts, as they will\u00a0eventually generate leads.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Q_Will_the_median_sale_price_in_Manhattan_surpass_15M_by_2020\"><\/span>Q: Will the median sale price in Manhattan surpass $1.5M by 2020?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">NYC Real estate prices\u00a0fluctuate in cycles of\u00a0approximately\u00a08-10 years, where\u00a0we have seen\u00a0prices double each cycle.\u00a0However, aside\u00a0from these projections,\u00a0there are\u00a0variables that can sway\u00a0this number.
