At the same time, Brooklyn performed admirably, with 21 of the 50 spots on our list, and claiming the remaining two spots in the top 10.&nbsp;<strong>However, when it comes to the best-selling buildings, it\u2019s Queens that steals the spotlight.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The SkyView Parc residential community located at 131-03 40th Road in Flushing, Queens takes the top spot on our list of the 10 best-selling New York City buildings in Q3.&nbsp;<strong>Queens<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;has a total of four buildings in the top 10, emphasizing,&nbsp;once again, the fast-paced rhythm&nbsp;at which it is developing.<\/strong>&nbsp;The borough has recently seen massive investments, catering especially to the needs of luxury buyers being priced out of&nbsp;Manhattan&nbsp;and&nbsp;Brooklyn.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/thegrandsvp.com\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">The Grand<\/a> at SkyView Parc sold 92 units in Q3<\/strong>,&nbsp;with a median sale price of $799,569. The impressive, newly completed second&nbsp;tower of this development offers studios to three-bedroom units and, apart from boasting attractive price tags, the surrounding Downtown Flushing community also provides good access to Manhattan via the 7 train and LIRR.<\/p>\n<p>Onex Real Estate Partners President Michael Dana gave us more details about what living at The Grand means.&nbsp;\u201cAs The Grand\u2019s amenity spaces are nearing completion, buyers are able to see for themselves the lifestyle that living at The Grand provides. Also known as Flushing Commons, the high-end building sold a total of 46 units in Q3, at a median sale price of $1,014,585.
