By comparison 2016\u2019s hottest-selling property closed 145 deals. Overall <strong>Queens and Brooklyn claimed the top three spots<\/strong> in our ranking, with Manhattan just behind the podium with New York\u2019s #4 best-selling building \u2013 1 W End Avenue with 133 units sold.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Queens had four buildings<\/strong> among New York\u2019s top ten best-selling, with Manhattan and Brooklyn boasting 3 each. Of the 10 hottest developments in the city, half posted seven-digit median sale prices, with Manhattan in the lead.
