The independent entertainment company behind \u201cMoonlight\u201d is set to occupy 25,000 square feet of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.propertyshark.com\/cre\/office\/us\/ca\/los-angeles\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Los Angeles office space<\/a> there.<\/p>\n<p>Located at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialcafe.com\/commercial-property\/us\/ca\/west-hollywood\/pacific-design-center-red-building\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">750 North San Vicente Boulevard<\/a>, the 400,000-square-foot Red Building is the newest of the three office buildings that make up the 1.6-million-square-foot Pacific Design Center. A24 has inked a lease with the Cohen Brothers for its entire 12<sup>th<\/sup> floor. According to the <a href=\"https:\/\/commercialobserver.com\/2018\/09\/a24-to-relocate-to-pacific-design-centers-redbuilding\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><em>Commercial Observer<\/em><\/a>, the asking rent for the space was $6.15 per square foot.<\/p>\n<p>A24\u2019s current location is <a href=\"https:\/\/www.propertyshark.com\/mason\/Property\/16424843\/8321-Beverly-Blvd-Los-Angeles-CA-90048\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">8321 Beverly Boulevard<\/a>, but it plans to move these offices to PDC early next year. Here, it will join tenants like WeWork, Abrams Artists Agency and Digital Brand Architects. In July, WeWork signed a lease for 70,000 square feet on the seventh and eight floors of the building and already started <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wework.com\/buildings\/pacific-design-center-red-building--los-angeles--CA\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">advertising<\/a> the space as a coworking venue.<\/p>\n<p>Marc Horowitz, Cohen Brothers\u2019 Senior Vice President and National Director of Leasing, represented the landlord in the deal.
