The buyer took out a same-day acquisition mortgage of $480,000 from Argent Mortgage Company.<\/p>\n<p>A <em>lis pendens<\/em> was filed against the property in 2015 by Citigroup Mortgage Loan Trust. The foreclosure judgement was handed down in September 2018 for a lien of $766,490. The auction was previously scheduled for September 7, 2018 and was postponed for November 8, 2018.<\/p>\n<p>A Comps search shows the median value of the property at $910,455, based on 14 similar properties sold in the area.
