National Cable Communications, Analysis Group and SS&amp;C Technologies will be taking over Cond\u00e9 Nast\u2019s former offices.<\/p>\n<p>National Cable Communications inked a deal for 65,000 square feet on the 11th and part of the 12th floors of the 1.8 million-square-foot Class A office tower. The company plans to relocate its offices from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.propertyshark.com\/mason\/Property\/20955\/405-Lexington-Ave-New-York-NY-10174\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">the Chrysler Building<\/a>.\u00a0 Analysis Group will occupy 58,029 square feet on part of the 22nd and the entire 23rd floors of the building, moving from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialcafe.com\/commercial-property\/us\/ny\/new-york\/10-rockefeller-plaza\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">10 Rockefeller Plaza<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>SS&amp;C expanded its current space at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialcafe.com\/commercial-property\/us\/ny\/new-york\/four-times-square\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">4 Times Square<\/a>, taking over an additional 31,396 square feet on the seventh floor here. The firm signed a 135,571-square-foot lease within the building in January 2017. Following the expansion, it will occupy a total of 166,967 square feet on the entire fifth, sixth and seventh floors.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_34207\" style=\"width: 288px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.propertyshark.com\/Real-Estate-Reports\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/98\/2019\/01\/4-Times-Square.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-34207\" class=\" wp-image-34207\" src=\"https:\/\/www.propertyshark.com\/Real-Estate-Reports\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/98\/2019\/01\/4-Times-Square-199x300.jpg\" alt=\"Image of the 4 Times Square tower\" width=\"278\" height=\"419\" \/><\/a><p id=\"caption-attachment-34207\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">4 Times Square (PropertyShark)<\/p><\/div>\n<p>In 2014, Cond\u00e9 Nast announced it will vacate 817,000 square feet of office space in the tower, planning to relocate to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.propertyshark.com\/mason\/Property\/651406\/185-Greenwich-St-New-York-NY-10007\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">One World Trade Center<\/a>. The Durst Organization, owning 10 percent of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialcafe.com\/commercial-property\/us\/ny\/new-york\/285-fulton-st-2\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">1WTC<\/a>, made a deal at the time with the Port Authority, which owns the other 90 percent, to be reimbursed for Cond\u00e9 Nast\u2019s rent at 4 Times Square for the remaining period of its lease, the <em><a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2019\/01\/07\/new-tenants-scramble-to-get-spaces-at-conde-nasts-old-pad\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">New York Post<\/a><\/em> reports. The lease is set to expire in April. Currently, three of the 19 floors previously occupied by Cond\u00e9 Nast have yet to be claimed.<\/p>\n<p>Savills Studley\u2019s Erik Schmall, Brad Wolk and Scott Weiss represented National Cable Communications in the deal. Analysis Group\u2019s deal was handled by Paul Formichelli of JLL, while Bob Ageloff, Derek Trulson and Bill Peters from the same company acted on behalf of SS&amp;C. The Durst Organization was represented in-house by Tom Bow, Rocco Romeo and Tanya Grimaldo in the first two deals and by Ashlea Aaron in the third.
