As the median home sale price in the Hamptons dropped below $1 million last year, two streets actually saw median sale prices pass the $10 million mark.<\/p>\n<p>Truth be told, buying a property and living amongst celebrities in the Hamptons still requires you to come up with serious money. Sometimes, you\u2019ll be even required to pay extra, depending on what street you are looking to buy on\u2014or who your neighbors might be.<\/p>\n<p>To see which Hamptons streets were the most expensive last year, we looked at all the residential transactions of 2018 in the Hamptons and identified which streets had the highest median home prices. Among the multi-million-dollar sales on the street, there were a couple of celebrity home transactions as well, including an estate designed by the renowned luxury real estate developer Jeffrey Coll\u00e9. The mansion at 550 Parsonage Lane traded for $16 million.<\/p>\n<p>Another celebrity home that changed hands last year on the street was 423 Parsonage Lane. This eight-bedroom, 10-bath estate was a temporary residence of pop-icon Justin Bieber a couple of years ago. It fetched a cool $10.6 million last year.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Jobs_Lane_in_Bridgehampton_Secures_the_Silver_Medal_for_Being_the_2nd_Priciest_Hampton_Street_Captains_Neck_Lane_in_Southampton_Takes_3rd_Place\"><\/span>Jobs Lane in Bridgehampton Secures the Silver Medal for Being the 2nd Priciest Hampton Street; Captains Neck Lane in Southampton Takes 3<sup>rd<\/sup> Place<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Bridgehampton\u2019s Jobs Lane median home sale price was just short of $11 million in 2018. The most expensive home trading on the street was 157 Jobs Lane, a 6,530-square-foot, 8-bedroom residence. The property traded for $18 million in September.<\/p>\n<p>Captains Neck Lane in Southampton landed in third place with an $8.6 million median home sale price. Among the luxury mansions selling on the street was Raymond Floyd\u2019s 7,044-square-foot estate. The professional golfer sold his 7-bedroom residence for a cool $12 million.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Montauks_Old_Montauk_Highway_and_East_Hamptons_Further_Lane_Occupy_the_4th_and_5th_Positions\"><\/span>Montauk\u2019s Old Montauk Highway and East Hampton\u2019s Further Lane Occupy the 4<sup>th<\/sup> and 5<sup>th<\/sup> Positions<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Residential sales on Old Montauk Highway brought the street\u2019s median home sale price to $7.9 million in 2018. Among the properties that traded was a home built in the late 1950\u2019s. 644 Old Montauk Highway, once owned by fashion designer Ralph Lauren, traded for $7.9 million.<\/p>\n<p>Over in East Hampton on Further Lane, homes changed hands for a $7.3 million median last year. 189 Further Lane was the most expensive sale on this street, with the estate going for a $13.6 million.
