According to the listing description at Warburg Realty<\/a>, the apartment features 10 rooms, 4 bedrooms, a library, two wood-burning fireplaces and a maid’s room.\u00a0 Our records show the apartment was listed in March 2010 for an asking price of $8,990,000.<\/p>\n

In the past 6 years, 18 apartments have sold in the building for a median sale price of $4,758,255. Prior to this sale, $7.5 million was the highest price paid for an apartment at 1100 Park Avenue.<\/p>\n
