The property is <a href=\"https:\/\/www.propertyshark.com\/mason\/For-Sale\/14492604\/40-Bond-Street-Manhattan-NY-10012\/\"> currently on the market<\/a>, with an asking price of $7,500,000. The last sale recorded in 2008, when the unit was bought for $7,425,000 by an LLC.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.propertyshark.com\/mason\/Property\/90576079\/17-W-64-St-New-York-NY-10023\/\"><strong>17 West 64 Street #PTH A &amp; #PTH B<\/strong><\/a><br \/>\nIn second place is the penthouse (units A and B) located at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.propertyshark.com\/mason\/Property\/17076\/17-W-64-St-New-York-NY-10023\/\">17 West 64th Street<\/a>. The place was scheduled for auction with a lien amount of $2,500,000. This penthouse is also listed for sale, with an asking price of $3,600,000, according to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.halstead.com\/sale\/ny\/manhattan\/upper-west-side\/17-west-64th-street\/coop\/1743841#\">Halstead Property<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.propertyshark.com\/mason\/Property\/90071836\/530-Laguardia-Pl-New-York-NY-10012\/\"><strong>528 La Guardia Place #4<\/strong><\/a><br \/>\nIn third position is this West Village 3-bedrooms unit.
