However, compared to November 2007, foreclosures are 37% higher.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.propertyshark.com\/Real-Estate-Reports\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/98\/2008\/12\/long-island-foreclosures-nov-08-all.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-72\" title=\"long-island-foreclosures-nov-08-all\" src=\"http:\/\/www.propertyshark.com\/Real-Estate-Reports\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/98\/2008\/12\/long-island-foreclosures-nov-08-all-300x130.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"130\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>There were 103 new <a title=\"LI Foreclosures\" href=\"https:\/\/www.propertyshark.com\/Real-Estate-Reports\/2016\/08\/24\/find-research-foreclosures-long-island\/\">Nassau County<\/a> foreclosure auctions scheduled in November 2008, a 51% decrease from October 2008, but a 51% increase from November 2007.
