There\u2019s no doubt about number 1 <\/strong>—\u00a0 Midtown Manhattan<\/a>,<\/strong> New York\u2019s largest commercial district and the world’s busiest. Its office space amounts to almost 160,000,000 sqft, and with the office hubs of 338 5 Ave<\/a><\/strong> and 206 W 34 St<\/a><\/strong> spreading over approximately 2,500,000 sqft each, this won\u2019t surprise anyone. Featuring a rather old stock of buildings, the neighborhood, especially its East part, might soon see some rezoning activity from the city<\/a> in an attempt to attract more property owners and developers.<\/p>\n
