Located on Hwy 11 in Howard County sits Charlie's Station in Elba Nebraska. This "C" store was originally built in 1946 and has been in operation ever since mostly as a service and gas station. A major renovation to the exterior and interior was completed in 2006. Charlie's Station sells fuel, grocery items, alcohol, tabacco and serves some breakfast and lunch items everyday. Customers say this is the friendliest store in Nebraska. 

What's Included At Charlie's Station

Your purchase of Charlie's Station would include some basic to most of the inventory on hand. Sellers put together a list of the commercial equipment that will be included in the sale. That list includes multiple refrigerators, freezers,and coolers, A coffee machine, ice cream machine, stove, dishwasher, microwaves, tables, chairs, all signage and shelving. A list of all equipment is available upon request. 

Fuel At Charlie's Station 

Charlie's Station is the only source for fuel in town. They carry unleaded and diesel. Two pumps are located just off the highway and allow for easy access. Extra land could be purchased just to the south and expand the fuel sales area. That also could be utilized for overnite parking for trucks and campers. Owners would be willing to split off an acre for expansion if disired. Currently Charlie's Station is selling approx 10,000 gallons of gas and 5000 gallons of diesel per month.
