Iron Horse Park

Iron Horse Park is the Upper Valley's premier new development opportunity. Located near the I-89 and I-91 interchange at the NH/VT border and just north of the Lebanon Municipal Airport, the site is divisible and may be purchased in separate parcels. The 100+ acre Park is zoned for a variety of uses including retail, office and industrial. The fully permitted site has an estimated development capacity in excess of 650,000 SF. The largest site, Lot 13, is 13.9 acres and is zoned for 150,000+ SF of commercial/retail development. Please note this is the LAST permitted "BIG BOX" site in the City.
