Job title: Account Executive, Sales
About the role: As an Account Executive you will sell PropertyShark to companies from the commercial real estate industry. The successful candidate should be able to independently find and develop leads, increase business from existing clients, and successfully close new business.
Minimum job requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in the real estate industry, as a commercial agent, a commercial mortgage broker, or similar position.
- Knowledge of PropertyShark’s suite of products and direct experience with using it in your job.

- Excellent at networking and building relationships with clients

- Ability to handle multiple priorities
- Experience in using PropertyShark’s competitors’ products
As an Account Executive at PropertyShark you will be responsible for:
- Lead generation and qualification
- Prospecting for new clients
- Scheduling and delivering 15-20 in-person PropertyShark demos per month
- Successfully closing new business
- Representing the company and product at industry events
- Maintaining relationships with existing clients
