Brooklyn (39%) and Queens (33%) are the leaders in this class, followed by Manhattan (14%), the Bronx (7%) and Staten Island (7%).<\/p>\n<p>Ridgewood (Queens) and Hudson Yards \/ Chelsea \/ Flatiron \/ Union Square (Manhattan) are the areas with the greatest density of buildings in the P9 class.
