Is there a minimum number of users needed to start a group?

A group can have as few as two members.

I already have an individual subscription to your services. Can I still create or be part of a group account?

Yes. If you are already subscribed to our services, your individual subscription will be given a pro-rated refund, and you will start a new subscription through the group, for a full 12 months. If joining an already existing group, your refund is taken into account when you are required to pay for the addition.

Can the group members have different services?

The Group subscription services apply to all the members automatically. If one of the users needs extra services or coverage, (s)he can receive a discounted rate for the upgrade (rates may vary depending on the group services and group type: domain or fixed).

How can I learn more about PropertyShark.com and what you offer?

We have a paid account in the office but the password keeps changing. Why is that?

PropertyShark access is set-up to accommodate one user per account. Sharing your account with anyone else violates the Terms and Conditions of Use you agreed to when creating the account. If more than one person signs in to an account, the password is changed automatically. To have multiple people have access to certain services, creating a Group subscription is the best option. Everyone who needs access gets it, and you receive a discount for having multiple subscribers.

When I login, I receive a message that my subscription expired although I am a member of a group.

Most likely, this message refers to an expired individual subscription or a free trial you may have had previously.

I changed my e-mail address, now I no longer have access to my group subscription. What happened?

Your email address is how we keep track of your account as a member of a group. By changing the e-mail address on your account, you were removed from the group. Please contact us to have your account with the new email added back into the group.
