West River Farm

The subject property is located East of Immokalee The area is comprised of primarily agricultural and conservation lands. It is one of the warmer areas of the state and valued for vegetable and sugar cane production.This expansive 3,345± acre property is ideally located in one of Florida’s most desirable farming areas. The property has approximately 1872± net farmable acres including 898± acres of citrus and 974± acres of farmland or transitioning farmland. Additional acreage provides support through roads, reservoirs and fallow lands with potential for conversion. The farm features a barn and mobile home, providing on-site operational support.
