Equal Space is a sharespace and incubator for entrepreneurs, techies, business persons, freelancers, freethinkers, and intellectuals. We are based in the heart of the City of Newark, New Jersey. Founded in early 2015, the space has always been focused on creating a community for great thinkers and leaders to meet up and take action.
We offer several different types of work environments for every type of entrepreneur that steps through our doors. In addition to the workspace, we offer Fiber Optics Internet, which is, to date, the fastest form of broadband technology, unlimited coffee, conference room space, and access to a kitchen area, for those mood-boosting meals entrepreneurs thrive on.
As stated before, we caters to the community, we do this by hosting a variety of events like tech based start up competitions, fireside chats with multi-million dollar entrepreneurs, and conferences with outstanding and highly successful speakers.
Our mission is all about moving forward with bigger and better ideas to help the entrepreneurial community and the community of Newark.
We are creating a nexus between tech and community and showcasing that you can not have one without the other.

4) Upon exiting the elevator, you will be greeted by our Facility Managers, and he/they will be able to provide you with any support you need
Parking details:
You can book a spot via Spot Hero or use the Park Mobile App to find street parking and refill your meter online. I added the links for each option I mentioned as well as a link to the parking website for daily rates, below:

3) Please note, you can only park at the front of our building until 4 pm, your car will be ticketed/towed if it is parked in front of our building past 4 pm.
For street parking, for individuals visiting after 4 pm or during this time, we suggest finding parking near the corner of Market and University or parking near Essex County College [Market Street side].
