The Subject project is located in the “Getzville” neighborhood of the Town of Amherst, a suburb of the City of Buffalo. While there is a strong residential component to the neighborhood with a 2-mile radius population of 33,000 people, there is also a very strong business park component located on the west side of Sweet Home Rd. which carries a traffic count of 17-22,000 ADT.
