St. David’s Square is a 219,358 square foot T.J. Maxx, Home Goods and Giant Foods anchored vertically oriented community shopping center. In 2019, Home Sense and Old Navy opened their doors to the community. Conveniently located just off the I-476 “Blue Route” with primary frontage on Lancaster Pike, St. David’s Square serves the everyday shopping needs of suburban Philadelphia’s affluent Main Line region. The property was originally developed as a B-Altman’s department store, which Olshan Properties subsequently redeveloped into its current form. Olshan Properties is once again redeveloping the property to provide for additional outparcel opportunities and an improved customer experience.

St. David’s Square is located in Radnor Township at the heart of suburban Philadelphia’s affluent Main Line region. The average household income is $156,240 and the median home price is $432,000 within a 1 mile of the shopping center. Primary employment centers consist of numerous retail and service enterprises located along Lancaster Avenue. Publicly traded energy company Penn Virginia located in the township, while Lincoln Financial Group’s headquarters are directly across the street from the property.
