The Postum Building dates back to 1925 and was designed by architects Cross & Cross. It was named Postum after the Post Breakfast Cereal Company who leased it upon completion. It is one of the last office buildings from that era still standing on illustrious Park Avenue. It was designed in the Neoclassical style and occupies 49,949 square feet in Central Midtown Manhattan. The Postum Building is a commercial and retail building and has 434,628 square feet of commercial space and 10,000 feet of retail space.

The Postum Building is conveniently located a mere 1100 feet from the nearest subway station with easy access to the 4-5-6-6 line at the 51 East 42 St station.
