Building Description

Strivers Gardens brought 169 condominiums to Harlem in 2003, housed in twin beige brick towers, one 7 stories tall, the other 12. The two apartment buildings are linked by a glass atrium complete with a landscaped Zen garden shaped around a waterfall. Davis Brody Bond drew up the designs for 300 West 135th Street.

Strivers Gardens offers doorman, concierge and valet parking service, and there is onsite parking as well. Common spaces include a roof deck, lounge complete with kitchen, a wellness center, bike room, and additional storage space. The two laundry centers are equipped with flat screen TVs, and the superintendent lives onsite. 300 West 135th Street is pet-friendly, and the expansive green space of St. Nicholas Park is only one block away. The subways at 135th Street Station are also one block's distance from the property.
