Formerly known as the Western Union Building, 60 Hudson Street is a commercial building in the TriBeCa area of Manhattan that stands 371 feet tall and boasts 24 stories. Construction on this art deco skyscraper began in 1928 and concluded in 1930, with the architecture the work of Voorhees, Gmelin & Walker. German expressionism is at play in the building's design, with the color of the bricks growing lighter as the building rises, passing through 19 different shades.
