The property and building description is mostly on point. Like 99% of the time actually, the few times that aren't is mainly due to a owner changing something and no one really caught on. I love PropertyShark.com. I use it at least 4 times a week to see what is out there that is within the price range I am looking for. Of all of the sites I have been to, none of them have any listings that show the price range that I am seeking, nor do they have the details that I am looking for when buying a house. On occasion there are listings that seem to be possible scams but in this day and age you have to expect there to be shady people everywhere. It's not the site, it's the people that are so willing to steal from anyone in any way they can. That's why everyone is recommended to do their own due diligence.
