In 2001, Ken and Diane Hendricks purchased the property with a vision to restore its vitality. They recognized the potential in the structures and began transforming the 750,000 square foot site into something new while preserving its historic character. By 2002, renovations were underway and the property was renamed Ironworks, honoring its roots in industry and craftsmanship.

The once utilitarian offices, storage buildings, and manufacturing bays were converted into loft-style spaces that celebrate exposed brick walls, open truss ceilings, and industrial detail.
