Building Description

Brothers H. Henry Elghanayan, K. Thomas Elghanayan and Frederick Elghanayan got their start in New York City real estate development renovating Greenwich Village brownstones back in the 1970s. By 2008, their projects focused on glass and steel residential towers like 453 West 37 Street. The 32-story addition to Hudson Yards was designed by local firm Handel Architects.
