The father-and-son development team of Harry and Leonard Litwin brought big thinking to the world of luxury apartments when founding Glenwood Management in 1961. Their first Manhattan property, the Pavilion, was so large it was given its own zip code. Glenwood now handles a collection of luxury residences and opened Liberty Plaza at 10 Liberty Street in 2002. The Stephen B. Jacobs Group drew up the plans for the 45-story tower of rose-colored bricks.
