Debtor BSD Simcha 26 LLC owns all limited liability company interests in Tahor 26 LLC, a Delaware limited liability company; Tahor 26 LLC owns all limited liability company interests in Tahor 26 Mezzanine LLC, a Delaware limited liability company; Tahor 26 Mezzanine LLC owns all limited liability company interests in Tahor 26 Owner LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, Tahor 26 Owner LLC owns a nineteen percent (19%) tenant-in-common interest in the real property commonly known as 295 Madison Avenue, New York, New York Manhattan Block 1275 Lot 50 (the “Property“); The Property is subject to a first priority mortgage securing indebtedness in the original principal amount of $185,000,000.00 and presently in the outstanding principal amount of approximately $147,000,000.00 (the “Mortgage Loan“), made by Aarael Capital Corporation as Mortgage Lender, to Tahor 26 Owner LLC (“Tahor Mortgage Borrower“) and 295 Madison Property Owner LLC (“295 Madison Mortgage Borrower” and together with Tahor Mortgage Borrower, “Mortgage Borrowers“). â
