Building Description

The first tenants moved into the 58-story Barclay Tower at 12 Barclay Street. The 396-unit building offers one-, two-, and three-bedroom layouts. Kansas City-born interior designer John Saladino executed the inside spaces at Barclay Tower that complement the three-story Colonnade and main entrance with limestone columns and walls. The barrel-vaulted ceilings and Aquamarina marble floors of the entrance lobby harken back to the elegance of pre-war residential towers. Amenities include a tenant lounge, children's play area, 50-foot lap pool, exterior sundeck, state-of-the-art health and wellness center, and air-conditioned laundry facilities. The lobby and garage at 10-12 Barclay Street are attended round-the-clock.

Barclay Tower overlooks City Hall and the Jacob Mould Fountain. The Tribeca location is convenient to neighborhood dining and shopping. Ten New York City subway stations are within a five-minute walk, whisking residents to any part of the city, a CitiBike kiosk is down the block, and drivers can be on the Brooklyn Bridge in minutes.
