20 West St is located in the Financial District of Manhattan and is known as The Downtown Club. Built in 1930, the building has 45 stories and is a residential and retail condominium building. One of Manhattan's most distinctive skyscrapers, the building was designed in the Art Deco style. Architects Starrett & Van Vleck designed 20 West Street as well as other notable New York City department stores such as Saks Fifth Avenue and Lord & Taylor.
