Building Description

The Coliseum Park Apartments comprises two building that serve as residential co-ops in Lincoln Square. The two building are connected via a private garden that is two acres in size. The park is for use by residents only. There is also a 24-hour doorman on hand, along with a residents' gym, lounge, laundry room, underground parking garage, and available storage. Both buildings have circular driveways to make unloading and loading a lot less pain-staking. Residences are allowed to keep cats and dogs as pets and an elevator is included in both buildings. A room for storing packages is also available on site.

The 59th Street - Columbus Circle subway station is right next to the building's block located, with three of the main train arteries passing through it - blue, red and orange.
