Building Description

The Opal at 75-25 153rd Street was developed in 2004 in the center of Queens. The two large brick apartment towers boast overtones of Colonial Revival, and were the first new rental apartments offered in Kew Gardens in over twenty years at the time of their completion. The 14-story apartment towers are set back from the street behind a large grassy front lawn and secure iron gates.
