How-to Get Weekly Updates on NYC Sales

BY Andra Rus | Sep 14, 2015

In real estate, fast access to market insights and accurate data is key for securing excellent business results. Unfortunately, getting access to up-to-date sales records may require you to research multiple sources, which is a time-consuming task.

To help you save time and effort, we designed the Weekly Transfer Email, a feature which delivers timely alerts on all sales recorded in New York City!

Never miss a sale with the Weekly Transfers Email!

If you are a residential or commercial broker, investor, developer, or appraiser looking to gain an edge on the competition by advancing your knowledge of the local market, our Weekly Transfers email will prove very handy. It delivers sales data to your inbox every week, for any area of interest.

Here are the key benefits of using this feature:

  • Stay ahead of the competition by knowing when deals are closed.
  • Get updates without having to spend time running searches! Just sign up once and then we do the rest for you.
  • Base your decisions on reliable and accurate sales data, aggregated only from official sources.
