There are no startup or implementation fees. There is a $100 minimum monthly payment for residential properties and $200 minimum for commercial properties, and individual units are billed at $1 each. For reference, users can have up to 100 residential units on their account and still only pay $100 per month. Add a dollar for each unit that comes after that.
