Connecticut’s luxury market in 2025 was strongly anchored by Greenwich, which supplied four of the state’s five most expensive zip codes, meaning the entirety of Greenwich is now covered by some of the most expensive real estate in the country. In fact, seven Connecticut zip codes placed among the national top 100, a new record high for the state.

To determine the most expensive zip codes in Connecticut in 2025, we looked at registered residential transactions closed between January 1, 2025, and November 26, 2025.

We took into account condo, co-op, and single- and two-family home sales, but excluded all multi-parcel deals. For an accurate representation, we only considered zip codes that registered a minimum of five residential transactions.
