Building Description
37 Wall Street was constructed as one of the most opulent banking properties in New York City in 1907, with Tiffany's the anchor retail tenant. Francis Hatch Kimball gave the mid-block tower an elaborate Beaux Arts facade, including carved lions heads and statues of cherubs. A century later, Orin S. Wilf of Skyline Developers converted the prestige property into 372 rental apartments using architect Costas Kondylis' designs. Amenities include a state-of-the-art fitness center, library, pool lounge, screening theater, community room, laundry facilities, secure storage, and a bike room. The 24-story tower also boasts valet and doorman services.
37 Wall Street is convenient to Financial District restaurants and services. Subway service is bountiful, with the 2 and 3 trains just steps away at William Street and Wall Street Station.
