Building Description

Inside and out, the Platinum at 247 West 46 Street lives up to its luxurious name. Architect Costas Kondylis envisioned the 43-story condominium tower clad in shimmering steel and glass, rising form a modernistic base. The jewel-like skyscraper affords views of all the famous landmarks of Midtown Manhattan. Inside, residents are introduced to the Platinum through a lobby complete with a floating island surrounded by energetic waters. The fireplace is nearly nine yards wide, and 15-foot plasma screens interject mood-enhancing videos non-stop.

The fifth floor houses Platinum's amenities, like the golf simulator, full-body massage chairs, a Spa Lounge complete with water wall, an indoor-outdoor yoga studio, and a health and wellness center that includes massage showers. The terrace offers a misting station in the summer, and has a fireplace for the cold months. Units also come with upscale extras, such as the 24-bottle wine refrigerators and free-standing soaking tubs. 247 West 46 Street is pet-friendly, and boasts its own dog run. Midtown attractions are within walking distance, and the nearest subway station is steps away.
