Building Description

Battery Place Park on the southern tip of Manhattan Island was conceived and constructed as a planned community of upscale apartment skyscrapers, surrounded by abundant green space. Liberty View at 99 Battery Place came on line in 1988, and features a modern red brick tower design, with recessed terraces and balconies that look out over New York Harbor, while the rooftop deck presents views of all of Lower Manhattan. The full-time staff at 99 Battery Place includes doormen on duty 24 hours, a valet, and a resident superintendent. Liberty View is pet-friendly, with a bevy of parks and dog runs nearby. The Financial District and World Trade Center are within short walking distance, and all major subway lines can be boarded within a five-minute walk. Liberty View offers 294 units in configurations ranging from studios to three-bedroom suites.
