PropertyShark Staff It’s the time again for our quarterly sales map displaying closed apartment sales in Manhattan in Q2 2011. As you may already know the map is interactive.
By clicking on a building parcel on the map you will be able to see a mini pop-up report displaying details about sold units in that building. The size of the circle indicates the number of sales in the building and the color indicates the price per square foot.
